Billing Calendar

• 2008 4th Quarter MLS Billing
  - Planned on being created on September 02
  - Due on October 2
  - Late Fees assessed on October 3
• 2009 1st Quarter MLS Billing
  - Planned on being created on December 01
  - Due on January 1
  - Late Fees assessed on January 2

• GAAR July Account Charges

  - Statements sent on August 1
  - Due on September 1
  - Store charges - late Fees of 5% will be assessed on outstanding balances over $100 on September 2
  - Non-store charges - late fees of 5% will be assessed on outstanding balances on September 2
  - SUSPENSION from membership including the MLS service for unpaid charges occurs on September 15
  - TERMINATION of unpaid accounts occurs on September 22

• SWMLS July Account Charges

  - Statements sent on August 1
  - Due on September 1
  - Late fees of 5% will be assessed on outstanding balances on September 2
  - SUSPENSION from the MLS service for unpaid charges occurs on September 18
