Thanks for your interest in becoming a member of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®.
We have different applications regarding your needs.
REALTOR® member applications are for Real Estate Licensees. Only REALTOR® members are eligible to apply for and receive Southwest Multiple Listing Service. The REALTOR & SWMLS applications are separate documents and must be individually completed but may be processed together. New Office applications must be completed if you have formed or opened a completely new office. All of these applications MUST be brought in person to the Association for processing. Do not fax or mail.
Affiliate member applications are for those individuals who are suppliers, vendors, service providers, etc. to our REALTOR members. These applications may be mailed with payment. The Affiliate dues are not prorated throughout the year. The cost is the same regardless of the time of the year that you join.
Please make a copy of your completed application for your own records before submitting it to the association.
