How Do I Contact Membership?

In order to make changes to your membership record you will need to fill out a membership change request form. You can fill out and fax in a paper form to 505-842-0448.


You can also make changes to your contact information and pay your bills online by going to our Internet Memberhsip Services website. You will need to login with your GAAR Public and Private Ids which you would have received on the day you signed up for GAAR.


Who Do I Contact for Supra Support?


Call the Association For:

  • PIN codes - You must come to the association with your key and drivers license
  • Shackle codes - The Association can only give them out to the agent that owns the box
  • CBS codes - The Association can only give them out to the agent that owns the box
  • Authorization codes - If you do not remsember your secret question and answer
  • Any kind of reports
  • Replacing Lost/stolen Keys
  • Replacing Defective Keys - You will need a Reference Number from Supra First
  • First Time Display keys and Ekeys - Between 8AM & 4PM
  • Upgrades to Ekey and Downgrades to Dkeys - Between 8AM & 4PM

Office visits to GAAR regarding Membership are taken on a first come first serve basis between the hours of 8AM & 4PM Monday thru Friday.
