Who To Contact For...


Technical Difficulties
Please contact Supra Technical Support at 1-877-699-6787. They will be able to troubleshoot the problem. If your Dkey needs to be replaced they will provide you with a reference number. Bring your reference number to GAAR and ask for the Membership Department and we will replace your Dkey.

A Forgotten PIN#
Your PIN# will not be given out over the phone. The owner of the lockbox key must come down GAAR with their Drivers License in order to receive their private PIN#. There will be no exceptions to this rule due to security risks.

A Shackle or CBS Code
Shackle or CBS Codes will only be given to the owner of the Lockbox. You may call GAAR/Membership for the codes or log into KimWeb using your Key Serial # and Lockbox PIN # to view reports on your Lockboxes.

An Authorization Code
If you already have an Ekey and purchase a new phone or lose your software you will need a new Authorization Code. You can call GAAR/Membership to get your new code. Or you can log into KimWeb using your Key Serial # and Lockbox PIN #.

A Lost or Stolen Key
If you need a replacement Dkey come to GAAR and ask to see Membership and we will replace your key. If you have insurance on your key it will be replaced at no charge. If you did not purchase annual insurance for your Dkey you will have to pay $150.00 + tax to replace it.

If your Ekey has been lost, stolen or is malfunctioning you can come to GAAR and ask to see Membership and you can get a loaner Dkey for up to 30 days.

A Bad Cradle
If your Dkey will not update on your cradle but will on a different one, bring it to GAAR/Membership and we will exchange it for a new one. If you are unsure if it is the Cradle, please contact Supra Technical Support at 1-877-699-6787.

A Defective Dkey
If the battery dies or the screen no longer displays or the buttons do not work bring your Dkey to GAAR/Membership and we will replace it at no charge.

An Upgrade for an Ekey
If you already have a Dkey bring your Dkey and Cradle to GAAR/Membership and we will provide you with the Software Installation Instructions to download to your new Compatible Supra Device.

A Downgrade to a Dkey
If you already have an Ekey come to GAAR/Membership and we will provide you with a leased Dkey and Cradle (must have a land line or Internet connection ((not MAC compatible)) at home).

Canceling Your Supra Membership
Supra is an Independent Company from GAAR or SWMLS.

If you wish to cancel your Dkey please bring your Dkey and Cradle to GAAR and complete a Supra Cancellation Form at the Front Desk, this will cancel your annual lease with Supra.

If you wish to cancel your Ekey monthly billing you must either complete a Supra Cancellation Form at GAAR or send in a fax requesting cancellation with your signature and date.

Billing Questions
Supra is an Independent Company from GAAR or SWMLS, if you have billing questions please contact Supra directly at 1-877-699-6787. If you need to pay your Annual Bill for your Dkey, GAAR cannot accept the payment, you must either pay by check/mail or you can call in the payment directly to Supra. Your annual bill is due on September 5th of each year.

An Emergency Update Code
You can get One Emergency Update Code a Week for Security purposes.

You can call Kim Voice at 1-877-699-6787. Write the code down and then enter it into your Key.

Remember you only get one per week!

Manually Updating Your Dkey
If you are near a Cradle turn on your key and using the arrows, scroll until you find Manual Esync. Press enter and place the Dkey on the cradle.

A Lockbox
Lockboxes can be purchased at the front desk at GAAR. They will be assigned in Surpa's website to the member who purchases them. If you purchase a used lockbox from someone, make sure that individual sends in a letter or fax to GAAR/Membership listing the serial number(s) their name and who they sold it to with a signature so it can be reassigned to the new owner.
